Fênix Hotel Bom Retiro

The location is Great.all the staff are super helpful even though I do not speak Portuguese they were all very forgiving and patient with me please tell them . rooms are clean plenty of towels , a/c silent ( 2 stays of 5 nights February 2024 ) hot water, decent size Room, good WiFi In the 2 rooms I was 5th and 7th floor...I went to breakfast 3x regretted maybe my system is more fragile than most ... I will return

Pleasant neighborhood of calm Bom Retiro, many Korean restaurants, some supermarkets, near of metro station and Luz train station. Great breakfast with wide variety of food. Room is OK.

it was such good value for the price. I was positively surprised. staff was really nicez
